It's is very annoying that app doesn't put you through an update process and, to all users i must say, please don't use app without checking if an update is due. It happened to me and I was locked out of my account. Because it corrupted my own password. Just a caveatmore -

Otherwise its better for rest of the option. Admin/Developer is suggested that account balance should be personalized.more -

Jan 11, 2021 I will give myabl a zeroo star rating. It is a very bad application specially for transferring money to inter banks or other bank accounts.Shows a very bad reaction when filled the whole information correctly.I tried about 11 to12 times to transfer funds from inter banks and used it to pay fesco bill but it showed the operation cannot be processed.I am very unhappy to use such a bad bank account.I suggest all of you to use other banks accounts such as HBL, UBL O SOME OTHER. Don't use such.more -
Dec 24, 2020 Worst app ever. Doesn't run smoothly at all, crashing again and again. Whenever I am in dire need of transaction, app makes it impossible for me to pay. Made complaints multiple times, but no response from the management. -
Dec 28, 2020 Pathetic app and online services of this bank really dissapointed as the traffic increases on such banks they start taking clients non seriously app is fullnofnglitches and visited branch and contact there online operators its useless and time wasting. Imm definitely find nother bank just due to this issue everything is digital nowbnd its the weakest app in terms of recovering passwords and other necessary stuff. I have sent emails already and contacted all the means App store,call centre,livecmore -

Dec 28, 2020 I think the blank circle on dashboard showing balance is useless. It can be used to see free resources as in telecom apps. Bad impression at first look. App can be improved within no time after reviewing some other banks apps.

What’s Groovy
This app is well designed. It supports fingerprint login. For additional security, an OTP is sent via SMS for every transaction even when doing transaction against saved biller/payee. In latest update a feature is added to automatically read the OTP received via SMS. This saves us from having to remember and type the OTP in app. I can pay school fees of my children (Beaconhouse). Keep up the good work 👍.

Please forward this to your developers and team: This app is not even a native app. It is a web based app which means it is no different than opening the website from your mobile except the login page. The user interface is cluttered and confusing. For reference, have a look at UBL and compare it to this app's UI.

Allied bank has added really good features recently. I liked the options to switch ecommerce and international transactions on and off straight from the app. We can deactivate the card from the app if it gets stolen there's no need to call the bank.

The app works really well but some time OTP stuck and we have to input details all the way from start. Very easy to use and navigate.

Everything is fine except except there VISA Card, which can't be used on Playstore, Facebook, Netflix and any site that stores information for later use. That's one of the major drawbacks of this Bank
