I love this app. It is so much more functional than any other logbook or diabetes monitor I’ve used. It’s totally worth the subscription. The only issue so far (which I think I’ve seen other comments on) is that two weeks in, I still haven’t received a confirmation email so I can verify my account. I’d like to get that detail out of the way so I won’t be prevented from using whatever functions depend on having a verified account.

I can't say enough about this app. I have been Type 2 for 20 years and was just started on Basaglar and Novolog this month. This app has helped my practitioner and I track and modify this new part of my regimen. The charts, reports and trending statistics are amazing and robust. The UI is beautifully designed and easy to use. This is a big plus for newbies like myself. I used the app for one day and immediately went premium. Thank you for your time and effort. Simply amazing work.

Reporting is exceptional. There are some issues with the day-to-day UI, like popping up modal alerts while keypad is posted for data entry, leaving the buttons on the modal dialog obscured. The interface for tracking foods is pretty clunky with results sometimes flashing up and disappearing before they can be selected and returning long alphabetical result lists when searching for a fruit (like peaches) with lots of processed foods preceding the simple peaches entry, which should show up at the top of the list. There should also be a Next button to move between fields instead of having to tap on the next field.

They gave me a paper booklet at the doctor's office and I knew from moment 1 that wouldn't work for me! This app has allowed me to do all the tracking I need and it's pretty intuitive! The ads can be a nuisance but you get what you pay for and I've not opted for premium!

I paid for the yearly subscription so I could use on multiple devices and have the additional features. Originally I had a problem converting from the free version to the premium one. Sent an email to support and within a day Nikolay fixed the problem for me.

The app itself is very helpful. It the adverts that are a problem. Full screen adverts on the free version keep freezing my Samsung A50 phone. The small banner adverts work fine. Just getting tired of rebooting my phone every time it plays adverts full screen.

There appear to be a lot of function, but few seem to work such as adding your freestyle device without signing up. You also can't save you meals into the log book, and when you scan a store item it doesn't appear they save.

  • Graphs don’t work. May 7, 2018

    By Hogpharmer
I keep changing the date on the graphs to today, but it keeps reverting back to yesterday. It will not show me today’s graph. Maybe tomorrow it will show me today’s. Very disappointed, because the interface is actually pretty easy.

The app has a lot of potential but things are clunky when it comes to viewing in HTML browsers and basic things like a US date format MM/DD/YYYY aren’t working so I can’t recommend it.

Don't waste your time and money. I raised a a request as a subscriber through the app, it's coming soon to a month and there was no reply and no follow up. 1 star is actually too much for the kind of support a subscriber is getting.

  1. Additional Profiles feature lets you keep track of health data on the whole family! Record lab results, document meals, and much more
  2. Send health reports directly from your device! Save them as PDF or XLS and easily share them with your physician
  3. See charts and statistics about your health, no matter the type of diabetes, so you can make informed decisions in your everyday life

I like that there's an option to set automatic reminders to eat or to test, and also when you enter a meal you can set a reminder to test a few hours from then. The food databases don't seem more cumbersome than any other app's, but it's still time consuming for me so I just record my foods in a note in the log book. It has more good features than I'm using (charts/graphs & analysis tools too) & I like being able to have my glucose data & meal/exercise data all in one app.

  • Great for its purpose Jan 5, 2020

I started using this app specifically for the “insulin on board” function but I love that you can track so much more using the app. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is that it’s really annoying to have to log my glucose into the app regularly when I have a Dexcom. I often forget to input the glucose readings because I usually don’t have to physically log anything. This app would be the ultimate app for diabetics if you could pair it with CGMs to input real-time glucose readings into the app.

I'm an insulin pump user and been T1 diabetic for over 40 years. I've gone down the list of diabetes management apps to try to find one that is easy to use, yet gives accurate results. This app fits that criteria. It's easy to set up ratios, basal rates time periods etc and accounts for currently active insulin when making the calculation. It also has Libre CGM system trend arrows. It's far more reliable than the recommended app for my Ypso Insulin Pump and hasn't crashed at all while using it.

This app would be perfect for me if the ability to set a target for fasting glucose results was available. Sometimes my fasting results are high, but the app will still color them as good, because this option isn’t available. This is the only drawback to this app. I’d love to go premium, but without this feature, I have to consider other apps.

  • Slow and expensive but does feature bolus stacking Aug 25, 2018

    By 1295889203
Love the bolus stacking but the ads are obnoxious, and I won’t buy premium because it’s really expensive and it loads so slowly on my iPhone 6 that I can’t imagine ever using it regularly. But finding an app with bolus stacking is so rare I give 4 stars for that alone

This app allows me to monitor more than my glucose it allows me to monitor my weight and blood pressure. I also like the long graph that shows my glucose readings for a couple of months at a time. I have used other apps, but I like the data display format on this app.

As a diabetic, I use this application a lot however it is too expensive to subscribe. The only benefit I see is the removal of ads which are incredibly annoying, for which again it is too expensive. The other thing I would need the paid app is to get reports in excel format (instead of the free html option) however it is not difficult to get the html report and convert them myself into excel. Recommended, but leaves a lot to be desired.

Very detailed information available, very configurable. Spotty connectivity (Android 10) - about 20 percent if the time won't connect without a restart: 5 for usability, 1 for Bluetooth, average 3.
