Almost Perfect.
Feb 1, 2019 Great to find a new Social Media App with both Google + and Google Hangouts shutting down. Especially since it works so much like them with sharing pics, videos, websites and more. My only real complaint is that switching between more than one account on it can be a bit of a pain. Since I have two accounts for Google + Rewritten, the quickest way I can switch between the two accounts is to sign out of one account and sign into the other. If you guys added a feature to allow two account to the exact same social media site active at the same time and being able to switch between them with just a couple swipes of the finger, then I would have nothing to complain about.more -
Jan 6, 2021 I love this as an alternative to other social media apps. The only thing I am missing is the sanity to have videos (my network is for musicians!). Then again this could be why it feels so calm in the networks in a part of! -
Close but...
Apr 8, 2019 I love the concept, but it really needs a free option in which you can set your group to “closed” — I’d love to start my group on here and grow it entirely on this platform but I don’t have a startup budget for that and offering your community privacy is pretty essential to building trust. Also, I don’t think it’ll be able to effectively rival fb or similar platforms unless they add at least an option for a light color scheme (not black base) and smaller text, that you can separate from the images. A lot of visual clutter as it is now, though it’s flashy and “different.” But people won’t be as drawn to browsing it in the long run. It’s hard for me to spend much time in my groups as is. Simpler and lighter color scheme options would be a great step! And overall, it’s a great platform. I only offer my criticism because I think it could really be a game changer if tweaked and optimized! It’s past time for another social media option, and this one has great features.more -
Jan 14, 2021 Navigating through Mighty Networks app is very simple and fast. I really enjoy accessing my accounts and the layouts are user friendly and look appealing. -
Getting there
Aug 22, 2020 There are a lot of glitches but if it worked the way it was supposed to it would be a really awesome platform. I've contacted support about the issue with switching accounts - it's not cool that users have to create new profiles for every single network they join and makes no sense. Certain aspects seem to change from day to day. Support responded to me by sending two emails at once: one that said please consult the help topics which I had before contacting them, and do not address the issue at all, and the other that said they were closing my issue because it was resolved, which it wasn't! I often am not able to access a session in a course because it is randomly locked or says its deleted or that I have to complete previous sessions which all show as complete. If these glitches could be fixed by the developer it would be AWESOME!more

Needs Work
Jan 5, 2018 The potential for a great APP is there, but as it stands, Mighty Network is confusing for the average user to use. Even advanced social media people are finding it difficult to navigate. That being said, I would not use it to replace my current social networks, and I would definitely NOT try to get my entire following on it. The frustration alone would get many people frustrated, and leave. It needs a lot of work and updates before I would trust it with my people. There’s also kinks when you register via FB, and then try to download your network to your app- there’s a disconnect.more -
Disregard’s User Privacy
Oct 14, 2018 A podcast I follow recently suggested we listeners use this app to connect. I downloaded it for that. The most important issue I have with this app, above all UI or usability complaints is its lack of respect for my privacy. This app publicly posts your location by default, without asking or alerting the user’s attention. It bypasses Apple’s restrictions because it uses your device’s IP address to approximate your location instead of the location services api that Apple provides. If I were an Apple app reviewer, I’d remove this app from App Store for this reason until this action is stopped.more -
Annoying UI choices
Oct 13, 2019 After month of using it, the UI still is not understandable, and it takes me several tries every day to find elementary functions. Today I found myself logged out (after an update maybe), and there isn't even a login function. Really, guys? I have to search through thousands of networks with nearly equal names to find mine, and only then can I log on??? maybe you should not try too hard to be different than all others no matter what, but instead hire an UI usability specialist.more -
App Sluggishly Slow
Dec 20, 2019 Frustrating. Updated to latest and still slow just spins out when accessing “Post Article” (on cellular data not hi speed). Whole reason for having a mobile app is speed of loading on cellular data right?? Been with MN a few years and back to free plan which serves our clients better as there is no real “Course” with quiz capability. I can do Tutorials with video and quizzes for free using Google Drive and controlled privacy access to folders. Too much $$ taken out of MN earning towards commissions to third party.more -
Major problems
Dec 3, 2018 I got a new phone, and no matter how many times I try I canny get myself logged back in on the app. The network itself is great, but among our group that's trying to use it, I've seen like 30 comments saying they've got the same problem: the link to log us in on the app (to our hidden network) simply opens the app, and won't actually let us see our group's page. We can log in and view it in a browser, but even the "view in app" button changes nothing. The app itself refuses to locate our specific networkmore

I would recommend!!!!!
Nov 13, 2018 This community has not only helped my personal growth but my professional life as well! Having a community of people who understand what you are going through as well as have a love of photography is such a comfort. I can be myself and not feel like I have to hide. I have also learned so much about photography and the impact is has on healing. I hope to start offering this in my community and counseling practice with in the next year!more

My new community
Jan 15, 2021 I love this app because of the owner and the wonderful darlings in this Gurl Mobb group. This is my go to when I want to be focus. I haven’t been in a sisterhood since I was a natural head. I wish I was able to travel and meet with these ladies in person but I am confident that following all these gems I get from this group will get me there. I’m gonna ride with the Mobb on my way to the millions with you guys, Mz Skittlez I’m on my way Darling!more -

please make these changes!!
Jul 28, 2020 PLEASE READ THIS! hello, i am a long time user of this platform! i would like to request the all member group chat on the app, the group chat feature so i can chat with more than one person a time, a place where i can see all of my quick posts, and to be able to post more than one photo on a quick post! please consider these additions! love your app :)more -
Jan 3, 2021 Great app. The social platform is very easy to navigate. -
Good but not great
Dec 9, 2020 Once I’m in my group, I love how simple and smooth the use it. I do wish that searching or finding a group was easier and that you could stay on the group once in it. Or even keep it as a favorite tab on the left column. Similar to MeetUp where all of your groups are under your name. It would also be nice if the webpage and app were more similar or functioned more alike.more

Nearly useless on iPhone
Feb 22, 2020 I primarily use social media on my smartphone to keep my work at my desk separate from my more social activities, but Mighty Networks is terrible for that. I can rarely get the feed to update. Each time I open it, I get the buffering signal of death that doesn’t even spin because it’s frozen, too. The iPhone app is okay for checking event and other static information, but if you expect to actually communicate with other members or get real-time updates, that is not the way to go. My MN Community is supposed to add value to a professional development program I am in. It primarily adds frustration and disappointment.more -
Read This Before Using...
Sep 20, 2018 Honestly, the network itself is great! I did my test run with a domain I owned taking advantage of everything the forum has to offer. I enjoyed the loading times, the fast and reliable site on mobile, as well as the features it has. Honestly, at first glance many would see this as a gold mine! Too quick to realize tho how limited your power is.. - Lack of capability to remove/hide sections of the network. - Lack of capability to make a simpler/less complicated community. - Remove unneeded elements The network is great! But a big chunk of what makes it so great can also be what makes it terrible. Many of my users find the network complicated and not easy to navigate. This shouldn’t be the case. It’s okay if one sets up a network to have all these features but maybe have the freedom to decide what he/she wants and what he/she doesn’t want you know? Just my opinion but please go back and give us as admins access to “hiding” some of the functionalities at least :).more -
Jan 11, 2021 This app is really good. But some issues I'm finding is when you post or reply to someone it takes multiple clicks

Needs Improvement.
Jun 20, 2020 Dear app developer, I appreciate the niche you try to fill in social media realm. However I assume you don’t have some basic knowledge. Seriously you think it’s logic to re-register by entering the most basic profile information such as name for each new network you want to add?! How Logic it is to ask for the basic profile information that you already have in your database?more

Unless you just want to be preached to, don’t join.
Dec 10, 2020 This group will not let you ask a question, make a suggestion for the group, or challenge them on anything they say. If you do, you are kicked out. This group also will not lift a finger other than preach to you. They will not organize events or do anything to help get conservatives elected to public office. If you ask them to, be ready to be kicked out. They just preach to you, and will NOT allow disagreements. So, if you do not care if they do nothing at all but preach to you....And there is no chance you will ever disagree or want more from the group than that, maybe this is the group for you. I wanted more, and expected more. I wanted to express my opinion, and ideas if I had one. I wanted this group to do more than preach to me. That doesn’t work with this group, so I was kicked out because I said so.more -
Love Idea + Concept / Laden With Tech Challanges
Nov 17, 2020 Love idea + concept, laden with challenges on iPhone and iPad app. Very difficult to edit profile (tried to see if there was a desktop browser version as such). Doesn’t save profile updates. Timing out. // The interface is nicd and enjoyable, however. // Love, love the communities I am in so I will continue to use, although wish app offered a more seamless experience filled with ease and peace versus the challenges and stress noted above.more -
There’s a glitch with switching networks
Apr 2, 2020 When you try to add a new MN, you add your first and last name and hit next then are prompted to enter your email address and then Next, but the process stalls. The next button circles but nothing happens and the app has to be shut down. I’m in my 14-day trial of this app to start my own network and it seems no one would even be able to access it. Not a good start.more -
Not able to post
Jul 8, 2018 Since the June 2018 update, I cannot post on MN from my iPad. Totally frustrating. The keyboard covers words being typed and no ability to paste as cannot see the page. I can read but not respond nor can I initiate a new post. It's been buggy on the iPad the whole time. This is the worst.more
What’s Groovy
Great app and great potential. I like the way the feed is organised, plenty of opportunities to look at just what you want, without missing out. Plus, in any network it is really up to the users to create what they need/want. I know some users find it hard at the beginning to adjust, but it is user friendly and, if you stick with it, the experience you have is way better than Facebook.

What’s Subpar
This service used to be pretty good and support was right on top of things. It appears they have grown and bugs have worked their way into the network and support takes days to answer now. Push notifications are slow or don’t work at all now and there are bugs with posting times. You work hard to build your network only to let your subscribers down due to very poor buggy performance. The CEO manages to find plenty of time to post political statements on Twitter though while the network continues to let us down over and over again. Huge disappointment for us and we are looking elsewhere now.
