Worked great on first connection. I was unable to connect again after the first time. I tried following the troubleshooting steps and wasted 40 mins trying to fix it to transfer a single image. Would be nice to have a Reconnect button or something instead of having to Uninstall and reinstall the app to find it still doesn't connect. I finally got it to connect on my third reinstall. Hopefully the connection stays but I'm not holding my breath here.

Used mostly when my phone is charging and a text comes in that requires a response, or I've been texted a code to get into an acct. My only complaint is often when I need it, I realize it's no longer connected and I have to figure out why. Also, I just bought a new phone, easily transfered everything,, but while Play Store says it's installed, the icon is nowhere to be found. How do I retrieve it?

I've had the app installed for about a year now. It's very useful, but can be annoying. For instance, it would just disconnect itself and despite it saying it was connected nothing was going through to my laptop. My issue was me not understanding, and am changing my review to show this. As of what I have now, casting my phone to my laptop is incredibly cool, but it can be super glitchy when the screen moves. I do understand that it's likely new for them, so I won't be holding it against them.

MAKE SURE YOU WINDOWS share settings are enabled for sync to work. If you were like me and wanted to protect your privacy. You may have turned off that key feature that is required for the app to work. But not even the app knew that, I had to find it buried on the Microsoft website after 1hrs looking for a solution. However, when it does sync, having the ability to copy and past pictures right from your phone into documents is exceptionally convenient.

Works well. Very convenient, being able to use the phone thru the PC. Roll all apps swipe to the next desktop, just as if using the phone. Place calls, see message as popout toasts along with emails and other notifications. Allow you to respond to text messages as you would with any desktop messenger. Well conceived and flawless. Its performance is limited only be the quality of the WiFi connection thru the router to the PC.

I was interested in this app only for the text messages feature, and there were a ton of issues on the Windows side of the app. The first several minutes were spent trying to stay connected to the app. When I sent a text it said it was "sending" for a few minutes. During that time I looked at my phone and saw I had received a reply even though I still couldn't see the text on my phone, and it showed as sending on my laptop. The concept is great. The execution needs work.

Worked fine for a while. I had to refresh my phone. Now I can't open it. Tried to Uninstaller. Once its Uninstalled it only gives me an option to update. When I update, it says its installed but there is no trace of it on my phone. If I go to the play store and click open it takes me to another play store page. No idea what I'm doing wrong. Tried uninstallogn and cleared all data for link to windows app. No different when I tried updating

You dare not to be competitive with Apple with this kind of quality. 1. Screen mirroring needs permission every single time I've connected to WiFi. Wherever my phone is, I have to carry it all the time for the MIRRORING. Stupid. 2. Your phone app in Windows 10 is always pending an update with no progress. I can't use this app until the update has finished. That means, unusable. Microsoft's ambition to take Apple, not now exactly.

The concept is very good and I like it. But these are microsoft developers so I expected more from them as an average user. 1. Try adding video access through laptop 2. It would be nice if we could see pictures just like we see on our phone gallery. (Album wise, with some sorting methods) 3. Phone locator (using high volume to locate phone from PC)

It worked great in the beginning. Since the latest update not so much. I cannot get my Samsung to stay connected. It keeps doing the same thing for three days. I am done. I was telling everyone about this app now it is not working so I am deleting if from my computer and my phone and telling them to do the same it gets to 90 percent and just stays there. This is silly and crazy. I have wasted too much time and energy on this app.

Keep disconnecting all the time. The app and idea is great but it doesn't work properly... Waiting for improvements to change my rate - cause I've already addicted to this thing. But this "All clear. Enjoy the breathing room" message is annoying when my phone is full of notifications and the phone is far away from my computer. Upd: my phone was connected to wifi 2.5ghz and pc to 5ghz so I connected both to same 5ghz WiFi and restarted the apps on both devices and it worked! Thanks for helping 🤗

I have been using this to sync my Galaxy S20 with my new laptop. When it's working, it's working great. I don't even bother keeping my phone on me... No need for it. Sometimes it doesn't like to sync things randomly(maybe no photos today, or no msgs/calls tomorrow), even though PC/Mobile are already paired. App is always updating and getting more stable, so give it a shot. Looking forward to when it's working perfectly. Having your phone's full set of features on PC is so crazy!

Not as good as it's cracked up to be. When doing things on the phone it appears on the Windows screen at the same time. Vice versa it doesn't work and we always end up reverting back to the phone. Example if we type messages on the keyboard in Windows it appears on the phone, but it won't send unless we press send on the phone. I'm better off using the OTC function and just connecting the keyboard to the phone. Big disappointment. Samsung A50-2019.

Most of the stated features work well but I don't receive any notification updates after being connected for 3+ hours. Also, there is a 10+ minute delay between receiving a notification on my phone and being notified on my PC (with battery optimizations turned off). Not sure why, you can't really put the app to sleep in settings so I don't know why it doesn't automatically update after being connected for a while. Also, a volume control feature in the Windows application would be nice.
