    The app is amazing, I can move my investments around, I can change my contribution, I can read the prospectus of the investments, I can see the fees! It's simply amazing. There was a recent update (version 7.0) that was horrible and did not let me log in. Now they have fixed it and it's back to working perfectly.

    App does what I needs it to, gives me quick info on balances and what not. My only gripe is that face id for login just doesn't work, it says it failed every time but doesn't seem like it actually tries to detect

    Unless the update changed things, it can't: change funds or deposit distribution or research fund historical data. As of 11/6/19, I have downgraded my review to 1 star. Last night, they updated it, now I can't even log in. They are aware of the problem, and are working on it, but for now, it's badly broken. As of 11/23/19 they have the app working, and added some of the functions that were missing, but made the log in process using fingerprints more cumbersome. I now give it 3 stars.

    Worst app I've ever used! The web site isn't any better! Everytime I try to login it pulls up this temperarly out of service page. It's been "temperarly out of service" for a month! Does anyone even do maintenance on the app or web sit?

    This app continues to over promise and under deliver. There are few useful features in this app, and RetireSmart is not compatible with any 3rd party financial tracking applications. This fact is not explained, but rather the customer discovers this only after having the impression that the accounts have been successfully linked. The representative explained that although it will allow you to connect the application (Personal Capital, in my case) the RetireSmart platform will not allow it to connect after this initial attempt. Which results in your account being locked and the forces you to call in (only between 8 - 8 Eastern) to unlock it. If RetireSmart is so keen on limiting access to the account from 3rd party financial applications, they should aim to provide some features for their clients, instead of simple collecting fees from them as so many cash cows.

    Can not reset your password. It has you verify who you are, then put your email in, then it says reset your password but it takes you back to verify who you are. It's just the same cycle so you can never rest your password.

    Locks up while loading. When it does load information isn't current. Very limited options through the app. Website isn't much better.

    I’m sure this app would be good if it actually worked. However, every time I attempt to login, I get a pop up box that says, “Something went wrong. If the problem persists, please log out and try again later”. Well I log out and try again later and continue to get the same message. So I have yet to be able to login and view my accounts, hence my title for the app as useless......If I was able to give it no stars I would, but you must select at least one

    Only three stars since I can no longer use it on my tablet. When I open the app, a message comes up saying that there is an update, but Google Play says the app is "no longer compatible" with my device. I'm using a Samsung Tab S3 running Android 8.0, just like my phone on which the app runs fine. I tried to contact the developers, but nobody at Mass Mutual could help me contact them. I've waited to write this review thinking that they might fix it, but they hasn't happened yet.

    The app shows pretty much all I need to know along with being able to make certain changes. The only problem is it will say it’s current as of whatever day, yet the information about my contributions hasn’t updated in over two weeks.

    Maybe once or twice a week (10-20% of app starts) I get an error and am logged out. I have to log in again and re-enable Face ID. Also, a recent update seems to have really mangled the UI on dark mode. I see random black squares, unreadable dark on dark text when dark mode is enabled.

    This app basically confirms “yes we have your money.” It gives tremendously limited information on returns (only year-to-date) and has absolutely no investor education or retirement planning tools. Very little interest in helping you get there, let’s put it that way.
