    My chief complaint is the APP. This company has been around too long for this APP not to be 100%. I am very disappointed that I can not use the APP with iTunes, Pandora, etc., or music that saved on my phone. The interface to make new patterns could be much nicer/easier. I would love to see more prostate toys that are longer and much stronger motors. I would love to see a prostate toy that has four strong motors inside; so, basically one toy that can be controlled through the app as thought it was two devices (if that makes sense). For example, (motor1)(motor2)(motor1)(motor2). Hard to explain, but I hope you get the idea. All that being said, the customer service has been A+++ and nothing but accommodating. I look forward to buying more in the VERY near future.

    Lovense is a solid four stars for me! I love the Lush. The only major problems I have that make me not rate at five stars are the disconnection problem that happens. Sometimes the app and toy will just completely disconnect from each other and take a few minutes to figure it out again. Also wish the app was more optimized and the searching features for certain patterns, that you download, were better because I'm scrolling for like 30 minutes plus sometimes to find something new.

    So I want to start by saying that LOVE all our lovense products! However we have some connectivity issues from time to time. My girlfriend and I are both adult broadcasters and we also were long distance for 8 months before we lived together. We encounter some disconnection issues from time to time but I want anyone who reads this to understand that this system...Bluetooth toys that sync to eachother or to the cam site or the lovense app itself, is extremely reliable at the end of the day. We just today had our second toy (first Nora, now Domi) malfunction. When Nora broke we emailed lovense and they shipped a new one out right away and we just had to ship the malfunctioning item back. Super convenient! Now Domi is almost brand new, as was Nora when she broke.. and Domi’s battery doesn’t want to hold a charge. So make sure you all understand that not every single product that lovense mails out is going to be perfect, BUT Lovense is AMAZING at customer service!! So please do NOT let any minor issues you may have dissuade you from buying your first, or several of their products! YOU WANT THESE TOYS!!! TRUST ME!! So I will be shipping Domi back and getting a new one because Lovense is just good like that! I TRULY HOPE THIS HELPS some of you to decide to buy Lovense products;)! -GRIM WOLF ALPHA

    I'm changing my feedback from 2stars to 4 based on customer service. The device and app have some glitches (hence 4 rather than 5), but the customer service and responses to any problems I've found exceptional - best of any company or app ever. I'm hoping over time the glitches are worked out, but bravo - what a great company. (And the Edge is my best friend 😜)

    Not unlike a lot of other people, I have read more bad and good things about this app and the Lush in particular. I can 100% say that I bought not one but 3 of their products at once after looking at the competition and their reviews, omg we they sketchy at best. I received them and had 0 problems until the next day, the Lush just was acting wonky. I went to the website and to my horror, they had just released the pre-sale of the Lush 2.0! I thought I was screwed, after 2 emails and less than 3 hrs I received an email stating the new 2.0 was shipped! 2 days later it was at my door, it took 5 days for the original order! I asked about the apps and they are about to release updates and a new one altogether, I would not be surprised if it soon followed the Apple announcement next week (new iOS). Just a guess, but I had to take second and let everyone know what they did for me after reading so many negative comments...

    I have to agree with a few other reviews here. The app has no problem finding the product lush via Bluetooth but it constantly disconnects and will not reconnect until the product goes through reparing. Very frustrating when the object is inserted and have to remove every time to do this. When I contact support they wanted a laundry list of specs and screenshots from my mobile device that I don’t understand. Too much hassle. Also beware the hush. It broke completely in 2. Too half disconnected from bottom half. Same issues with it as well until that happed. Also with that product little help from support. No product replacement. I paid WAY TOO much for what I got.

    If I could give this negative stars I would. Had to make a email change on my app so I reached out to customer service to see what steps I had to take to do so. Numerous attempts were made to do so before I finally got a response from someone who told me that the only way to update the email was to delete my account & this had to be done through their end I could not delete my account or update it. Once I agreed to delete my account I would have to create a new account & it had to be done on line not through the app. I created my new account and now I can’t log onto the app! I have made several attempts to contact customer service to fix the problem with no response . This app & the toy are a complete waste of money ! Don’t buy their accessories

    !!DO NOT BUY!! 1 star is generous. I was excited to try out these toys, the concept is spot on - but the execution is atrocious. Off the bat, it took more than two weeks for my order to arrive (the Hush, and the Edge). After fully charging, connecting and updating firmware,I went to try them out. Connection is lost immediately with both toys unless my phone is less than a foot from the device. So unless you wanna keep your phone right next to the toy, the interactivity is worthless

    Keeps disconnecting. For the money it should not disconnect so much. Great toy when it works. But it's 50/50 sometimes it stays connected for duration. Mainly when you put on a pattern. But it's completely annoying when you have to stop in the middle and turn off the toy, and reset both phones apps and restart. Takes the hotness away alot.

    Update made my toy no longer connect...thanks! I had very little time for a date with my husband and it got ruined. He bought this for me to use because he's 4 states away working for the last 7 months..now we have no way to connect.

    Works great once it connects and stays connected. Will loose Bluetooth connectivity frequently. Long distance controls hard to use, problems again with connection and or allowed persons to use controls. Other brands such as Ohmibod may be a better choice at this point. Do your research before buying. Since contacting and receiving a new updated Lush, it has been an amazing toy. Customer service was amazing and sent a new Lush that was a new design. This new design of the Lush is a big improvement from the first model. No issues with connectivity and or internal motor. I highly recommend this product if you want to try new and exciting things in the bedroom.

    I love using max and Nora with my girl. When we're away from each other it's an amazing thing we're able to do together, it isnt quite sex but we bond on a totally different level sometimes and its given her more freedom to show me what she wants sometimes.

    I have had nothing but success with this toy and the app. It is very enjoyable, and my partner can completely control it from 700 miles away. It makes our time apart much better. I did receive a faulty toy, it stopped working after two weeks. I called customer support, and I had a new one mailed to me within four days. Outstanding customer service. If there were one thing i could say for improvement, is notifications.......i don’t get them unless the toy is connected.

    The app is the only thing we have really had a problem with aside from my wife's toys randomly disconnecting for a minute obviously ever app has its ups and downs, it has disconnected a few time in the middle of pleasuring my wife, but it usually gets fixed after we start live control again, we have 4 of the toys, and definitely plan to get the remainders that we want which is only 3 and a few attachments, we love them and hope they come out with new toys, prices can be kinda high but not bad

    I only knock this 1 star because of how loud the motor is when the head rotates. However The vibration mode is quiet. I wish it was a little stronger but all of this can be over looked especially knowing that im feeling my partners movements in real time... that seriously makes up for it all and makes the sessions so so hot! The app is easy to use and a lot of fun. Cant explain how much of a game changer this can be for your long distance relationship. Shipping took a week, but you can keep track of your order and transit on their site. The toy is very high quality feeling. You do need to charge before use but still as mentioned before.. the fact that you can feel your partner at the same time trumps it all.. so so hot!!

    My girlfriend and I absolutely love the features of this app but it seems like it has such flaws with the Bluetooth connectivity. No matter the feature it seems to disconnect to the preferred feature. Close range, long distance, sound, music; it does not matter. It just disconnects so easily, no matter the distance between us. We have looked up the possibilities of the issue but none seem to fix it. Would love to hear from someone from the company in order to sort this issue out. A huge fan of the product, but we have genuinely not been able to fix this problem.

    My GF and I are long distance, and this sounded like a great idea for when we are apart and something new when we were together. We have the Nora, Lush, and Max. My only, and truly this is the only one, is when we are together, the Bluetooth on the Lush just doesn’t have any range at all. If she crosses her legs, doesn’t work. If her back is to me, doesn’t work. I have all the updated apps, tried resets, etc. I would really have thought a useful range of 15ft would be normal. I really want to give this 5-stars, just wish the range was better.

    Amazing concept, but the execution still needs work. Have used three different toys with the app over the past two years, but connectivity is a regular struggle, most especially with the insertable toys. The hosting phone needs to be almost in the underwear to maintain connection. If the developers can overcome this challenge, this product will be unparalleled, in my opinion. Right now it is resting on the laurels of being an incredible concept, but without the follow through.

    When it's working, we love it and have a lot of fun with it. But it will stop out of nowhere and I have to restart the app, turn the toy off, and then back on. Its extremely inconvieient when you're trying to be discrete in public. The entire day we had to keep restarting the app and toy and it was very annoying. During a 7 hour period we had to this multiples every single hour.

    Turned it on for the first time and seemed great...in my hand...with my wife "using it" it would lose connection when we were 2 feet apart, not sure if this is normal or not but not thrilled that it disconnected that quickly/easily.

    Bought Lush Ver1 a few months ago and when I saw the Firmware Update in the app, clicked on it to install (toy was on, app open as instructed) and it went to 10% and then said update failed and it shut down the toy. I cannot use it on apps while streaming and that is a serious issue and I believe it has to do with not being able to download the firmware update which is unacceptable if the toy is still being sold. This issue has to be fixed what can I do? Solo play is great but not bought for that purpose!!

    At first, there were connectivity issues. After that it wouldn’t process that i had permissions on. Now the lush 2.0, which was over $100 shuts off by itself, and the battery display is completely incorrect. It will claim I have full battery when it’s dead. The charger cord broke almost immediately so i have to angle it anytime i want to charge it. It’s a great, discreet, and powerful product but because of all the issues with it, I would never buy from Lovense again, it’s a huge letdown.

    When works, out of this world. Tried on 4 phones. Bad connectivity & YES I’ve disabled battery opt for it & even tried "pinning”. 1ft away, still drops connectivity. Requires nearly touching device to keep connection & still drops. We have to - connect her phone to it & set it EXTREMELY close, connect hers w/ mine thru "long distance", chat & remote ctrl. 1 (s) lag makes sync w/ media awful. Come out w/ new version w/ better BT - I'll buy. Not dropping another $110 for constant mood killer.

    I bought this app for my partner and I and we have read several reviews with the same complaints. You cannot receive friend requests in the long distance area of the app at all. We have tried creating multiple emails, deleting and redownloading the app and now We have resulted to contact customer service because we are seeing the same complaints that people have had in the past two years. Please solve this problem. I have no idea you guys are literally false advertising a product for two years and have not fixed such a simple connection issue.
