    I want to give a Huge “Thank You” to Jerry at the Pensacola, FL Express. I was frustrated and struggling trying to find my son something to wear to his first dance. It is a challenge finding something in his size at 14 needless to say something he likes and looks good on him. We went into Express on a last resort because my oldest son could always find something there. I was floundering trying to pick out somethings and aggravated with the attitude my son was giving me. Jerry was the sales person, he had a really cute outfit on but most importantly he was very personable . He could relate to the struggles we were having trying to find something for Josh in this awkward stage. Jerry immediately did his magic and Josh was dressed to impress while I sat back and watched. Josh was so happy he took a pic of himself in the dressing room and since then expressed many times how he really likes dressing up and loves his outfit. I work in sales myself, so I am a tough sale. I was so impressed with this young mans personal approach and interaction it should not go unnoticed. Jerry turned around our shopping experience, we even walked down the mall to look at other things. Since then I have referred several more Mom’s and sons from the baseball team to Jerry. Thank you Jerry!

    People would buy more online as well as bringing more foot traffic in your store if u HAD A SHIP TO STORE or STORE PICK UP OPTION, Pluss The convenience will be Welcomed by customers, as it will drive up your foot traffic which equals in store sale, gaining business and a chance on improving your brands image because you can spin it as if “you care about our wallets and can say “you’ve listened to customers concerns & suggestions and after sympathizing with the customers realize we care about you &you care about your wallets so we are implementing “SHIP TO STORE” people like me will drive to mall to pick up the item shop at other stores until entering yours whom then look around; if you always have a discount/clearance rack near counter {LIKE PERMANENTLY HAVE ITEMS EVERY DAY EVERY STORE ;OR SPECIFIC ITEMS YOU BUY TO SELL ON THOSE RACKS or sell ur OVERSTOCK or actually BUY OVERSTOCK JUST FOR THAT RACK)people will see SALE and may buy However the Discount rack only entices them wetting their appetite OR teases them into becoming more curious and shop around more looking for other deals! But the convenience factor, you care about saving us $ ;will BE YOUR MAIN SELLING POINT to public for PR publicity also driving up interest in social media, news and stock prices which puts you on people tongue!     Having a grown son living 900 miles away can make gift giving a difficult process; especially when his birthday is on Christmas Day! However, I love having an account with Express and I can either shop near my home or online. I usually shop online. I can find so many items that I know he will like and look great wearing and the quality of the clothes are wonderful. I can have everything shipped to him and anything that doesn’t fit or he doesn’t like; he can easily exchange at the store in the city where he lives. I also pass on to him my extra coupons in case he wants to purchase gifts for friends or more items for himself. It makes things so easy for us both. Last year I wrapped the presents and took them with me and it filled my car! Having everything shipped to him is much easier. I can wrap them when I get there. Thank you Express for making my life easier and I know I am giving wonderful gifts!

    My saved Express credit card no longer works. The app would not allow me to update and I had to log in on web to update my card. I'm no longer able to view my purchase history. Looks like I'll have to login on web to do that too. Very disappointed. What happened to the filters? I can no longer filter. Update: filters are back! Good to see some regressions fixed.

    I use this app regularly. With a busy job and five small kids, it’s like my only form of window shopping and my actual only way to shop for my own clothes with some dignity. That said, every time they run a good sale, which is semi-frequently, the app freezes and you get multiple “Oops, something’s wrong” pop ups. I wouldn’t care if this was just sporadic like on Black Friday when they usually run 50% off the store, but it’s becoming much more frequent of a thing. Also, this is recent, but all the new arrivals and everything you browse using a filtered search works until you click on something. Once on the product page, the back button disappears from the top of the page and you have to start all over by clicking Home again. This is the first and only thing that’s encouraged me to get rid of the app altogether. I love their clothes and the app is generally user friendly, but it’s frustrating when you’re just looking at varieties of size 6 black jeans and have to reload the search constantly.

    The app use to be great i had it at 5 stars, but due to the new updates messing everything up which includes not being able to use my Express credit card on the app and not showing all available products on the app from one day to another i have to give it a 2. I hope Express reads this and starts making some major changes. I am not the only one struggling with the same issues.

    Downloaded this app to place an order. My total came out to about $115, then after paying and placing the order, I checked my bank account two days later to find that Express charged me three separate times - once for the $115, and the two additional charges were random amounts at $97 and $71. Thus, I’ve lost more than $150 total due to random Express charges. I can’t believe that their site isn’t more secure, or what I would do if the additional charges were to make my account go negative. It’s an awful time trying to get ahold of customer service through the app as well. They kept telling me that someone would respond back to me via chat box soon... and no one did after half an hour of waiting. They could be experiencing increased traffic since their company is so crap - I bet other people are experiencing the same issues as me and getting scammed out of their money by Express. It’s also unbelievable that this issue would occur from an expensive company. I will never order online or via app from Express again. This incident is so unnecessarily stressful and could have been avoided if Express knew how to run a site securely. And since I still don’t have my money back, all I can do right now is complain and warn others to stop shopping here. Thanks for reading!

    This app was a great feature in the past..but you can no longer make purchases through the app. I have tried removing several times and reinstalling. However, I keep getting an error message. Hopefully one day the app will work properly. I hate that i have to use my desktop to make a purchase. It's not convenient at all!!!!

    The app gives me an error when I try to check out. I have spent 25 minutes trying the app and two different browsers on the desktop, with the help of Express's online support, and I'm still not able to check out. The company must not want my money. Please fix your checkout process.

    I have the app and have had it for over a year. I always update when required, but the last update has a serious glitch and it just doesn’t work properly. I will add items to my cart, but when I do it says the item is no longer available and the not add. I log off and log back in and the item is in my cart. Now this new update led version is currently not working properly. It is updated and when it looks as if it’s about to log in, a pop up box comes up and says this app is so last season and to update new version in App Store...well the issue here is that it is updated and still not working properly. I reset my phone a few times and still the same thing. This is so inconvenient for me because now I have to physically go to the express web and log in that way...I order at least 3-4 times a month and now I’m trying to order some items through the app, but don’t want to now because the app is easier for me. Call me lazy, but my life style and daily activities makes life easier for me to use the app. Express if your listening please fix this because your loosing sales. Thanks

    The Express App makes fantasy shopping during these home-bound COVID Days fun, but when I’m ready to buy something, it helps me choose the right clothes the 1st time! The item descriptions are helpful & I applaud when Express includes average & plus-sized models in product views - but my favorite part of the App are the Customer Reviews! Express Customers are fashion savvy and BRUTALLY honest about how a piece feels, fits, how they’d pair with other Express pieces and whether they’d recommend it to friends. Reviewer profiles are descriptive too - how often they shop at Express, their age range, if they’re a frequent reviewer, and some BRAVE buyers even post pictures wearing the piece so you can see how it fits on a real (non-model) person. The Express App is where to “shop” because with so many helpful ways to look at clothes, it’s perfect when it’s delivered to your house!

    Express has professional clothes that fit my plus size frame. I also jave a modern, tailored taste in clothes. So Express has me covered on all fronts. I shop with them constant so it made sense to get the App. The App works seamlessly! No weird errors or glitches, saves all my rewards info and orders, shops like the website does. We all have our go to stores, and it's nice when the App makes that brand loyalty easy, which Express has done.

    Express is truly my favorite clothing store. All my clothes are from express, literally from head to toe every day my outfit legit is from express. My wardrobe has increased with express items since I downloaded the app a couple years back. The app is fantastic if you're tall like me. I'm 6ft tall and weigh 130lbs. When I go the stores they don't have long sizes in stock unless someone returned (or at least where I live Which is Sacramento and am central to three express stores nearby). The app has great sales especially Sundays between 3pm-9pm. All their clearance items I've seen marked between 40%~70% off on top of already clearances priced items. I've purchased jeans, shoes and work attire as little as $15 when regular price was $79~$89. Love it. My co workers and everyone I know asks why am I not working for express or at least modeling their clothes. Tara aka A-list member

    I really enjoy the app because it keeps me up to date on sales and how long they will last. I find it more convenient in looking through items. I do wish that a “wishlist” feature was available because there are some items that are new and full-price that I would like to “watch” to see when they go on sale. Currently, I add them to my cart and then have to delete when I’m going to buy a few items only. I also wish that other items styled with a top or pant would show up below. For example, if I’m looking at a top but I like the pants in the picture I don’t want to have to look for the pants separately. I would like for the other items pictured and styled with the top to appear in the “And these” section. Thank you.

    I’m obsessed with Express clothing; it’s about the only place I shop. I’m a frequent shopper and make most of my purchases online but I’m not so obsessed with their app. Majority of the time I do use the app to shop because of the perks and special “in-app” discounts offered, and I do like the layout of the app as it is easy to navigate... but it doesn’t exactly work the best. The app is almost guaranteed to freeze up or close itself out after being logged in and browsing for a decent length of time. It’s also notorious for doing the same thing while scrolling thru a section that contains a lot of items listed. When I log in to shop I like to browse thru nearly everything, look at product pictures/details/reviews, etc., and often times it’s hard to get logged back in or get the app to properly load back up after one of these glitches occur. So yes, it’s very frustrating. There’s been many times I’ve gotten so fed up that I just decided to forget buying anything at all, regardless how badly I wanted it. If it wasn’t for the internal problems I would definitely give this app 5 stars. One last thing, I would like to recommend they add a “likes/my favorites” option. It would be nice to be able to have a list of items I find that I really like but aren’t ready to buy yet. With the size of their inventory trying to scroll back thru to find one particular thing can be a real headache.

    I could not find place to have my fav items in one place ..I only can add them to the cart.. but sometimes I need to get two items at a time, then keep other fav ready vs keep digging to find them again.... also I can not use my reward money at check out from my cell phone app.. I have to get actuall computer or laptop to do so..

    Love the application more than the website. So much easier to Navigate and never have issues checking out. Update:as of September it doesn't let me check out. I called express and they said all my credentials are there. They don't know what's wrong.

    Needed more improvement in app. It would be better if we have wish list instead of adding all items to cart . Needed improvement in search filters and display. Sort by popular , low to high or high to low would be good .

    App works fine at first. After 30s a page pops up as if I had searched for something and found no results. This is after I am scrolling through an organized selection. Eg, "sweaters". I moved to the mobile website because it was distruptive.

    My express card has never worked on this app and I've only been able to order clothes from this app a few times without having issues during checkout. Update was on 10/14 and today is 10/17 and I can't get through the checkout. Not to mention the part where it would randomly tell me I have nothing in my bag every few minutes or so when I clearly did. Please fix these issues!

    Love express and shop in store and online frequently however the last several app experiences have been very poor. I browse or shop the app multiple times a month and the app has either consistently froze, shutdown completely, cleared items from my cart, and/or will not allow you to view details of a product. Additionally, the filters aren’t always effective but the former issues are the most frustrating. After several frustrating app shopping trips I reached out to customer service because my point rewards were not showing up at checkout. The customer service department did not get back to me until well over a week or two later. I am not one to post a negative user experience to simply vent or complain, as many do and to each their own, however as a loyal shopper I am very disappointed in my last several shopping experience and I would hate to delete the app over what should be simple fixes.

    This app is terrible! Does not at all reflect apple pay, and I don't know how apple let these app developers put this app on the app store if they cannot implement apple pay correctly. I put things in my cart, selected apple pay, and picked my address, and shipping method as overnight, and put my fingerprint to pay and it precessed. However, my product has not yet arrived and I talked to ups supervisor and they told me it was surepost and that express did not process it successfully. To the point where I talked to supervisor for express and then she transfered me to express customer relations to which his name was Xavier and he did not help at all telling me that it was my fault. And that I did not select overnight and I even asked him can you see anywhere that I picked overnight and he said no, so even tho I picked overnight in apple pay process why had it not went through? This app needs alot of work and I get no compensation for your terrible customer service and how your corporate customer relations worker treats customers especially with lack of evidence.
