Very odd as usual. I can manage subscriptions in Google Play, but the app has no information on billing date and I got no billing reminders at all. I didn't want to cancel, but it's not fun seeing a charge on the credit card for "google services" at 11 pm and try to figure it out. Either make the charge names more specific or include some basic renewal info in the app.

I just started using Google 1 in conjunction with all of my other Google apps and I like it .At first I was just needing the extra space and memory it offered but now I'm glad I finally started using it on the daily . Still have more to learn about it but it fits in nicely with the rest of it's Google family and snycs right in !!!

By now Google should have a slew of options that they don't. However, at the very least they should have options when upgrading your storage tier. I'm on the 2TB plan now and it's good enough - - for now. But when I upgrade I don't want to go from $9.99/month for 2TB to $49.99/month for 10TB. How about 5TB for $29.99? Or adding in 1TB increments for X? For such a smart company your not very versatile.

Had to delete due to a the latest version having installed a Google VPN which can't be turned off or deleted . The VPN is hidden in the quick button layout when you pull down from the top of the screen. It interferes with my current VPN. Google VPN is available to 2Tb customers in the US. I have 100Gb and I'm UK based so I don't know why its appeared as always on. There's no option to turn off within this app. Deleted until a fix is found.

I like it. Unfortunately, every time I try to back up my phone it tells me that I have not enough storage. well if Google would take off the 17 to 30 apps they keep putting on my phone without my permission including YouTube then I would have the storage I need I pay for my phone not Google so why are they installing all these apps that I don't want and I did not ask for? And the phone companies are trying to separate data and storage as two separate things when I think they're one in the same.

Can't back up files from network folders, waste of money. Update. Already discussed this at length with your so called experts team, took about 8 emails over six days before they confirmed that backup of network files is not supported (except photos & videos) Update 2: you keep asking me to speak to your expert, but your expert has already told me you don't support this feature. It is not an account specific issue

Its not the app. Its great. Lots of storage and really helpful support through chat. Ive had the 100 gigabyte before thru my phone service. Got a new number and device and the runaround has been impossible! Literally. The nice lady at Metro pcs and I hashed around for an hour. She tried all sorts of things. NOTHING worked! Extremely disappointed. Almost out of room at 15 gigs. Definitely out of patience.

Google's system and suppory does not make any sense. I'm trying to recover an old account, but to do so requires access to other old accounts which defeats the purpose of the excercise. If a person's trying to recover an old account, dont they think said person may not have access to other old accounts? Also, I'm paying for that answer to something that is already clearly stated without the support's help.

This application is utterly useless. Ever since I purchased a Google one subscription last week the app has been stuck trying to backup multimedia messages for well over a week. I've attempted to go to Google One support & they have been utterly useless. I would think at the very least providing logs or something would be a step in the right direction rather than basic troubleshooting steps which have done nothing. I absolutely regret having wasted money on a subscription which doesn't even work

Good backup storage. Even though I have the individual apps I could open on their own it's a nice task manager for my accounts and storage. Inserting them tentacles yet deeper into your world detailing your material and mental existence. Masterfully calculating your thoughts, appearance , joys, fails, rewards, designs and inventions, that or whom that is cherished or feared or despised. It let's you see what you let it see and how much or little space your working with

Good, makes it a tiny bit less confusing to find and/or navigate some of Google's options and settings (in this case; Cloud storage). I personally feel that i've become pretty advanced in the Android OS system, from a Linux background, yet all of Google's App and System integration are still an headache for me to confidentiality use and understand. Peace

I thought my files were private but FUN FACT: Google's algo looks through your Google Drive content! Also, this app is 65mb, a fact not disclosed. If you want actual security, check out MEGA.. 30GB of free zero-knowledge cloud storage.. that means it's encrypted and they couldn't browse through it even if they wanted to. PS: Even Microsoft's OneDrive has a VAULT to protect confidential files! Come on Google! Start taking our security & privacy seriously.

One of the selling points of Google One membership is support for "everything Google". It is clearly repeated in various places that you can get support for ALL Google products via Google One experts. Unfortunately, when i have requested such support I have been told that "Oh no, we only provide support for your Google One membership. You have to request support for the product in question via its own support process". And we all know what Google product support is like....none existent
