    I used this service for the very first time 2 days ago and was totally amazed, I LOVED IT. I felt like a kid again after getting a brand new bike on Christmas. I loved it so much, I couldn't wait to use it again and show my wife and later that day my kids. I had been skeptic about it for security reasons, but after reading into it and trying it out I am going to add a couple more cards to it. INGENIOUS!!!! 5 STARS WELL DESERVED, AND THEN SOME!!!

    This app has promise, but right now the UX is not confidence-inspiring. I go to the gas station, open the app, and authenticate with fingerprint. I search for "gas", select my pump, press the "authorize" button - and have to keep pressing it for a while until it responds. It then asks for a second fingerprint authentication, pops up another unclickable authorize button (or maybe it's the one from before that's still in the GUI stack?) and finally I get my gas.

    Worst app before it was good but now it's the worst. They cut my balance from my account being the transaction falling and said would be refund by 2 to 3 days but it's over a month my money is not yet refunded instead my another transaction got failed again and they took the money and happened same thing dint return a single penny. If this continues I think I will stop using this app. Keep my money cheat your customers let's see how you can get rich by this fraud system.

    I never thought of writing a negative review, but i have to.... This app has become total useless.. Im not able to recieve any transactions , also not able to send or pay any amount. I was so depended on this app for the past few months and was happy with their service.....but for the past 2weeks it's not at all working properly. All my payments are stuck due to this..........felt soo bad with this type of experience. You guys should care more about the service you are giving......

    Few months ago... I use to prefer gpay over any other payment options but From past few days it getting worse and worse even after ui is good.... but experience and customer satisfaction looks like missing....every time complain about server and delay in payment.... I don't know what's wrong sometimes it looks intentional...no doubt my friends are phonepe is shifting to phonepe who once use to like gpay

    Fix this problem, get 5 stars. There is no option for making NFC in store payments with my Google Pay balance, which is a glaring oversight. However, I'm thankful to be able to use my bank card wirelessly. Please fix the inability to use my Google Pay balance to make NFC in-store purchases.

    The worst thing is the money gets stuck. I made a transaction where my money was debited but the merchant didn't receive. Cant even call the call center people. Need to wait for 3 working days. Don't know if it comes back or not. What to do if it doesn't reflect back in my account. Crazy thing is that the merchant is not having Gpay. Its already 10 days gone but the money isn't credited in either accounts. These Gpay guys don't even have a customer care executive to interact.

    This app is now irritating..it shows incorrect upi pin...even i am entering my pin which i used for my transactions...ok then i tried to change my pin...and even changed it too...and even after changing my upi pin ,after 24hrs i performed a transaction with new upi pin again shows incorrect..contacted support chat..they will give a solution but it is not working at all...and after fourth time contacting them they will leave the chat abruptly ...

    My gpay app is not working and screen which open to ask for input pin not appearing and all I can see is only the logo . It was working fine a couple of days back. If it is not resolving in a days time, I might have to look at other apps for payment.

    I fail to understand the logic of linking credit cards to Google Pay. All Credit Cards now anyways come with "Tap & Pay" option. So the NFC feature is useless... All the online payment options & Scan & Pay option at merchants I tried, force you to use UPI option linked to your bank account (no option to select the linked credit card !) So what is the point of linking your credit card !!!

    Wish there were negative stars,would happily give a 1000 stars,what was a good app has now become a headache,leaves one in suspense due to the endless message "Processing your payment",this happened in the last 4 transactions,not going to use it any longer and start using PayTM which is a thousand times more quicker and reliable instead of the endless waiting that both the sender and the receiver have to endure due to GPAY's inefficiency and inability to fix issues.

    This has become a very irritating and disappointing experience with the stuck payments. Has happened with me for several times over last few months. Once payment is stuck, you have no way to cancel it. Your account is deducted but merchant says it's not reached to him. You have to make a double payment. When you approach help it says it will take 3 days to clear. Is this a joke?

    Updated review: I wish I could lower my score; however it can't get worse than a 1 star review. This "new" gpay is not a well thought out app. It should be exceedingly EASY to change and/or update card information. I recently received a new card from my bank. This card has the same number, however the autofill will NOT let me use this card because "CVV doesn't match this card." OF COURSE IT DOESNT MATCH ITS A NEW CARD.

    Nowadays this app is really bad.. I made a transaction via gpay, amount was debited from my account and it is not yet credited in to recepient account. I spoke with the support team and they asked me to submit bank statement(mine & recepient). I can submit my account statement, how can I go and tell other person to send the bank statement. I already asked this question to the support team, simply they told we will go by the rules. Why gpay doesn't have facility to track our transaction details?

    Very inconvenient to turn on location everytime. I don't see this in any other upi app. High error rates as well compared to Paytm and phonepe. Can I disable this security requirement for location? Already there is fingerprint verification and UPI pin. Otherwise automatically turn off the location after payment
