Been using this app for a year now and it's great, you can note all the important aspects of your workouts, like exercise name, weight, reps etc and it will also analyse your daily/weekly/monthly and yearly workouts into small reports. You can also track your weight amongst many other features, would highly recommend.

Love this app! Very easy to use and customize. It is exactly what I was looking for and the stats are really helpful. I had been using OneNote but decided to try this app. There is no going back! The pro version adds even more customization options. After using this app for over 4 months, it is still awesome!

A great fitness app. Love seeing the graphs of lifts and the breakdown of parts of the body hit by the exercises. The use of this app alone has allowed me to push my self harder and get better lifts. It is great to see the past data and get over the psychological barrier of a lift when you know you have the data to back it. One thing I'd like to see implemented would be a built in rest timer between sets so I can get less distracted at the gym. Overall phenomenal app and I'm super happy with it

Been using this app for about 18 months now and it will really appeal to anyone who loves a good chart or graph showing their progress. This has them in bundles. Plus actually logging your workouts is really easy, and I love the ability to load up workouts in advance. Only downside is there are quite a lot of exercises that aren't on the app, but it is really really easy to add your own exercises in and it only takes a few seconds to do so it's really not that much of a downside.

Really cool app! Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the product - enjoy making entries from workouts, which later on can analyze through graphs and statistical data. Thou there is one thing in particular that is annoying - when making a new entry for an exercise, I can only choose one muscle group instead of combining multiple ones. For example, Dumbbell Squat to Front Dumbbell Raise involves shoulders, arms, core, quads, and glutes, yet I can only assign it to one of the groups at a time. If this could be somehow resolved, it would be quite stunning.

  1. App focus is on simplicity and minimalist design so you can focus on your fitness goals
  2. Customize your rest periods: rest timer has both sound and vibration options for your comfort level
  3. Wide variety of Resistance and Cardio exercises: Olympic lifts, plyometrics, and more for chest, back, legs, abs, and targeted muscle groups

Amazing app. I use it for logging my multi sport training. Coloring and categorizing is very helpful in organizing my workouts. Some ideas for the developer for future updates : 1. Make the calendar the homescreen from which I can access the analysis. 2. Make the analysis start and end period customizable. 3. Add training location name to each day. So that I can sort out and analyze workouts by location. 4. Improve supersets and include them in analysis. 5. Link with garmin and strava.

Excellent app, I highly recommend anyone who wants simple logging of their workouts to use this. Only 2 things come to mind as far as upgrading the app goes: 1. It would be nice if there were more built-in excercises as there is not a very big collection of them, even though adding your own excercise is very easy and not at all time consuming, I'd rather see a bit more options in the database. 2. Adding an option for bodyweight/calisthenics excercises to only count reps and sets

This with a great Fitness app. As another reviewer said, with more updates, this will be a great app. I have very minor suggestions; even with those suggestions, this is still far better then the fitness apps I used. The minimal cost is worth the purchase. It opens the app up to other features.

This is a really good app that has a lot of potential. I believe with a few more updates this will be the best fitness app for me. It would be good if I can edit a workout and have it predetermined with 0 weight and 0 reps. This is beneficial for me when doing calisthenics/ body exercises. I don't want to have to keep having the same number from my previous workout. Please fix. But other than that it is pretty good thank you.
