    With recent update the app has not been preforming like it once was. For the transactions , it would always list the categories of the budget in with in and who was paid. Now is just says withdrawing debit. Plus, when I did the update, later in the day it said I needed to update again. I eventually had to uninstall and reinstall. Please fix it back to the way it was . Thanks.

    Had to learn new locations, additional verbage in checking account is more work for me to delete in my text version on my computer. Finally learned that on the front page, that i have to scroll it up in order to get to the section I want. Transferring funds between accounts used to be easier to find. Still havent figured out how to write a new message. I can read the ones you send. Someday I hope to figure out what the big advantage this new system was supposed to provide.

    Slow, username and password do not save in the right order in Google browsers. Does not close in Google app one has to do a 'Close All' function.

    I started this account when it was Southwest Community Credit Union. Stayed when it became Chartway. The online app has changed over time, but has always been easy to use. There have been very few problems and those have been promptly corrected.

    It was much better before the new update. I can't even use the back button on my android to navigate to the previous screen. Maybe its just me needing to get used to it but I didnt see any reason to change anything. I can still do what I need, just a little less enjoyable I suppose.

    TL;DR Updates break important app features. So, same problem AGAIN. A week ago it was working just fine. Over the weekend there was an update that disabled a critical function of the app. They're very sorry for the inconveience, of course. But wouldn't it be better to actually test their updates before they deploy them? Especially if it has taken them months to deal with functionality issues in the past. For an earlier version: It used to work. For months now it's been broken and useless.

    If you Uninstall this app, and then reload you can make it work. Do not register the device, and it will let you log in every time you try. I have text based authentication verification. If you register the device, follow up login's after the first successful login, will lock up the APP. Edit May 7 2020 "The category for this transaction is still processing" for every transaction since app update. Please fix.

    Frequent problems with mobile check deposit. Just about every time I try to make a deposit, I get "RDC unavailable" at least once, sometimes multiple times. The app is certainly convenient to view accounts and move money between them, but I expect all aspects of it to work.

    This app is horrible it never works EVER ! I have never had a bank app as horrible than this one I'm very unhappy with it !!!! I have updated it several times still doesn't work All it Keeps saying is error and my name is Lisa Jackson

    I've revised my review and give this app 5 ☆ They have revamped and improved the functionality of this app. I am well pleased with the upgrades and user friendly functionality. Now I am able to do more with this. Great app, I'm able to check my accts everyday w/o any glitches.

    Excellent app. Easy mobile deposit, easy transfer from savings to checking and visa versa. overall an excellent app. It has saved me numerous trips to a location, especially since locations have dwindled in Houston. I love it the convenience.

    Been with Chartway since the begining, when you first open at NAS Norfolk, Va. back late 70's early 80's. Never had any problems that you guys did not take care of as soon as you were aware. Great service easy access to my account, I'm pretty pleased. Thanks Chartway FCU.

    This app is very useful, and I can get most everything done. I would like it to be a little more intuitive, and be able to see pending credit transactions without being redirected.

    Ever since the new update half the time I try to log in a get Authentication error or get locked out and have to call. Then when I do call they tell me there is nothing wrong and I shouldn't be locked out but they will reset it. So frustrating

    This is horrible. You cannot get to the account because it makes you update an app that you cannot actually get to update. I have to go to the atm to get my balances. When bills come out, it is nice to be able to see the state of affairs. Can you fix the update?
