    Works fine on my Samsung Galaxy A70. Simple to use and didn't find any issue so far. I think the user experience could be improved although at the moment the user navigation is easy to understand.

    The app works fine, but the e-ticket has horrible graphics. The QR code is close to the left edge of the screen instead of being in the middle, so this makes it hard to scan it (both me and Alitalia staff had troubles with it). This should be an easy fix, so please fix it.

    Could better and could be worse...it worked fine for me. I didn't check in via the app, but getting my boarding passes on it was easy. However the app is somewhat unintuitive and could really use a new design.

    App shows flights ... but no apparent gate info. No link to airport map. Not a great app ... just so-so.

    I am pretty tech savvy and travel often. So I was surprised how difficult it was to create a new account with Alitalia-an airline we have never used. The first CSR yelled and insulted me because he said it wasn’t his responsibility to help business class passengers check in on line. After he refused to transfer me to the appropriate person nor the supervisor when I requested it, he told me to hang up. When I asked again to speak to someone he said he will stay on the phone forever until I hung up. So I called Alitalia on a different phone (and he hung up) and spoke to a nice CSR who gave me wrong information. It took me an hour to figure out how to get everything on the computer and then another 10 minutes to get my tickets on the app. Oh boy......what a way to start a vacation in ROME.

    One of the worst airline apps. Scroll lists are not alphabetical which leaves you endlessly scrolling through to find the country required to enter your passenger information. Dates cannot be input directly into the fields so you have to tap endlessly through screens to input a date. Different entry formats across the app totally inconsistent. Random boxes to input which are meaningless to international travellers. It is quicker to check in at the desk at the airport than to use this junk.

    Careful - This app if used to book travel from the USA will NOT comply with the USA law allowing cancellation of your booking for no fee within 24 hours of booking. I booked airfare using this app, and then called to cancel within 24 hours, and the representative from the Airline was quite rude and told me that they did not have to honor the USA laws on the 24 hour refund because the booking from the app “goes through Italy” and therefore they have no legal obligation to honor USA law to USA users booking travel from the USA on the app. The rep refused to get a supervisor on the line when I politely requested this multiple times, and told me she would hold the line as long as needed until I hung up. My credit card company’s Fraud department had to cancel the booking on my behalf. AWFUL experience! BEWARE of this App, and the airline!

    Impossible to contact customer service. Due to Covid-19 travel restrictions original itenerary could not be kept. Attempted to make several calls to request cancellation or vouchers. Only once was I able to actually speak with a representative who confirmed my information and then abruptly was cut off and have had no communication since. Air France was not much better. Easy Jet, British Airways, and American Airlines did a great job refunding, rebooking, or issued vouchers.

    This airline is terrible. Their customer service people are rude and unhelpful. If you ask a question because you do not understand they threaten you. They asked for personal information over the phone, passport, social and birthdate... when I asked why it was required they tried to intimidate me saying they won’t help me and refused to let me speak with a manager. When I called back it was worse. Their online check in system and app are so terrible they are anti-helpful. Very disappointed that I tried to avoid this company after one bad experience and my Delta flight ended up being serviced by them and requiring me to interact with them.

    Unreliable. Sometimes works fine, other times - not. For example, can suddenly not download the boarding pass, or never email it. Flight search is cumbersome: if when searching change a date of return, have to start the search from start also for the first flight. When using this app you always have to prepare "a plan B" if it suddenly fails.

    I still have to understand how I can add boarding passes to the app, something quite straightforward and automatic on all other airline apps I tried (at least 5). Help on website is useless in this respect. Also, some operations like check-ins are carried out in the browser, due to a redirect to an external website. It's probably easier to just do everything in browser directly.

    I couldn’t even login. The pw retrieval is a nightmare. The PIN does not work. This app left me completely frustrated. Other travel apps work fine.

    Terrible app. Not even working for a simple check-in, the Covid self declaration form cannot be submitted because unknown errors. Useless app, use the website instead.
