    I had been using Siri shortcuts a lot until this past week when I keep getting the error “there is a problem with the app”. I have rebooted the phone, tried setting up my scene shortcuts again in Siri but it is still not working. Is anyone else having this problem? I fixed it by logging out of the app, deleting the app. Shutting down the phone, restarting the phone, reinstalling the app and logging back in turning on Siri shortcuts and notifications. No idea why it broke, but there is the fix that worked for me!

    I for some reason have to have my husband arm our house if I leave my driveway before doing so. Before I leave I sit in the driveway to set it which can be somewhat taxing if I’m running late or my baby is not happy to be in the car and always settles once the vehicle is moving. There was a period where the app wasn’t following any of my arming commands via my Apple Watch nor my iPhone, but now both work as long as I’m in the driveway. My husband has set it wherever though. I think I emailed customer support. I also have tried logging out and back in and deleting the app and re downloading but nothing has worked. When I did try to find help about this issue via the app and the site I could not find any information on how to fix it. It would be outrageously convenient to be able to arm it with my watch, but I’ll settle for some guidance on whether it only works via WiFi, one’s home network, or if I need to adjust another setting or account. This app is extremely efficient, however, which is very comforting having a baby, and yesterday the battery was low and it promptly informed me via text message and my husband, it did send me a whopping 15 texts which I didn’t think was necessary especially because I was in the home the entire time, but nonetheless I’d rather it send that many than none. So thanks for your service, a couple tweeks, broader access to troubleshooting, and I’d easily give it a 5 star rating.

    Urgent - The latest update seems to be causing delay in arm/disarm commands. It can take several minutes and then it finally works. Before, it seems a couple weeks ago, did not seem to be an issue and have used everyday almost a year since starting service. I believe it to be a bug, needs prompt attention. Unintentional alarm activations because app is not fast enough to provide commands as before! Please fix ASAP.

    The app itself is fine and gets the job done. I tried to report an issue I found and was sent a caned reply that had nothing to do with the problem. Then I was told to contact my security system provider when I tried to explain again. Complete waste of time. If you're interested, the water card cannot be reordered or removed, it doesn't show up in the "edit home screen" menu. Sent a little email to you about it and wasted my time. The poor rating is for the replys I got.

    I have never received a written instructions as to what to expect when various situations arise. For example if I set my alarm off accidentally when leaving later on I may receive a notice that my front door alarm had been bypassed. Bypassed, by who? I have never received instructions as to what the procedure is or when I am away and the alarm goes off and you notify the police. Then you notify me. What happens when the situation is alleviate it. Should I let the police know that it was a false alarm. Should you notify the police? Who is responsible when in an alarm goes off and the police respond the next day 24 hours later. The city then bills the owner for services not provided. Should the owner or the Alarm Company rectify the situation? Lastly, we were promised a new thermostat with remote control which I never received. I complained about it nothing was ever done. Therefore you can see why I only gave your company three stars.     Please please please do not use this company! The non-English understanding folks used in customer care are inept and app is constantly logging me out of my account. This app is really crappy! Now my finger login won’t work as of today! Wow. Can’t log in via app therefore my alarm will blare every single time I come home, open my door to disarm. That alone should be a deterrent for all who are considering this service. If the alarm does not beep to give warning & time to disarm the system, that indicates a subpar system. I have been consistently disappointed with this Company and it’s services for $60/month. Not certain what they’re monitoring because the police have NEVER EVER EVER IN THE HISTORY OF NEVER been to my home during an active alarm. I have had 3. BUYER BEWARE. **AND PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THE EMAIL THAT SAYS THEY WILL WAIVE 60, 70, 80, 100% of your past due bill! IT IS A SCAM AND THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTIONS ON WAIVING ANY PAYMENT NOR PORTION OF THE BILL DURING THIS PANDEMIC TIME. IT IS A BLATANT LIE TO GET YOU TO CALL SO THEY MAY BADGER YOU ABOUT PAYMENT AND TO VERIFY YOUR INFO! This Company is a lying scamming piece of... you will NOT GET ANY PORTION OF YOUR BILL WAIVED—ESPECIALLY THE PERCENTAGE AMOUNT LIED ABOUT IN THEIR PAYMENT EMAIL! Do not fall for the scam folks.

    I’m using a IPhone and Apple Watch. For some reason if the app is not completely shut down it will continue to say what it was last prompted to do. It does the same thing on the watch, if you arm it in the morning and come home that afternoon noon and open the app it will still say arming. You have to shut down the app by swiping the app close. The watch does the same thing. It also very rarely gives notifications of armed or disarmed to the phone or watch. There has been times where I have set the alarm off trying to get in because All I get when opening the app is a spinning wheel. I’ve tryed closing all the apps and restarting the phone and watch both, logged out of the app. And I have even deleted the app and reinstalled it, nothing works for a fix. Very disappointing, app seamed to work seamlessly until the last couple of apple updates, and seen then it’s not been the same. I hope this can be resolved because we use this app multiple times a day.

    Update 9-22-20, bugs still there, app just cycles and won't arm system. Currently on S20 Ultra, no issues with any other apps. I'm on a galaxy s10 plus and have no issues with other apps but this app takes 20 to 30 seconds to open since last update 4-15-20. Plus performing any functions takes at least a minute or it just times out and doesn't work at all. Please fix bugs. Update 5-1-20: bugs still there, app cycles repeatedly and won't open.

    I'm very unhappy and very angry with this company. I basically have had nothing but problems with this system ever since I got it 😡I wish I NEVER didn’t business with your company I was waiting over an hour just to make an appt to send someone out to check out the problem. I they disconnected the phone call . While talking to support then being put on hold. I got disconnected again after waiting for quite some time . they disconnected my doorbell and never called me back . I spoke with support and they disconnected me too . I now have a doorbell that doesn’t work . I had a male person banging on my door this morning. There was nothing on my camera to see him. He told me he lost his wallet and the gps on his phone brought him to my house. I called police to report that. How does gps find a wallet ? I’m an elderly lady and I am disabled . I am home alone quite often. He did ask me if the car in front of my house was mine. I said yes that’s when he told me about his lost wallet. I have handicap licenses plates so he knows I’m handicapped .

    I have had this app for sometime and have it on a number of devices. I have been having an issue over the last month or two (maybe longer) where i am unable to livestream the doorbell or respond to doorbell calls. When i connect to the live feed of of the doorbell the app closes back to the homepage of the app. I am using a Samsung S10+ when this issue arises. I have no issue with the iOS version on my iPad or iPhones. Looks like the Android version is jacked up.

    This app is VERY convenient, useful and stable as it enables me to remote monitor entrances and exits to my premises. It also facilitates turning the alarm system on and off remotely. I have been using for at least 2 years and it has never failed me. Recommended.

    Not the smoothest one but ok app. Have been using it for last two years to arm the home security system. Basic features work as expected but some time navigating through saved clips is tough if I want to delete clips from a day I don't have option to select bulk that will be a nice feature to think of and also delete all from last month basically bulk deletion options.

    Great app, but i held a star back because a couple features are missing I feel should be there. The first is a panic button or being able to alert police, fire, or a medical emergency from the app itself. The other is being able to exclude sensors while arming my system. I can do either of these things from my alarm system panel, so I would expect to see them here. I kind of thought that’s where scenes would play a role for my second concern, but it doesn’t appear to work that way. Please let me know if I’ve missed these features somehow or I’d love to know if these features are coming later. I will gladly update my rating. Thank you!

    The only problem with this is that I cannot tell it to record at certain times and days on motion event it is all or nothing which I use my front door a lot and learned the hard way I ran out of clips for the month. I am a tech for adt and I called support and they told me it was all or nothing on motion detection or to switch off when home which I didn’t care for so I just Turned it off but would love for this option to be available in future if it has changed please let me know thanks in advance other than that it is extremely user friendly app and very good for the person on the go

    The app runs smoothly and works great. Never had an issue setting or undoing my alarm from my phone. I do however, wish that there was a panic/emergency button or selection available from the app itself to deploy emergency services from my mobile device without having to interface from the panel. For instance if someone were to break in while I am upstairs and far from my panel, I could use the app to trigger the alarm and dispatch services without having to hassle with 911 operators/wait times by simply pulling up the app and hitting an emergency button for fire/ambulance/police.

    We have used this app for about two years. While it is usually dependable, we find that some settings can change without warning, and notifications that we depend on quit working. There is no explanation of why these changes occur. For example, the sensitivity setting of the doorbell camera can sometimes cause it to notify when a tree limb twenty feet away is moving in the wind, yet it fails to detect a person moving directly in front of it. Also, the settings menu on our PC are completely different than those on our smartphones, and it is challenging to figure out where to go to make adjustments. The net result is that we seem to be continually tinkering with it to get everything working to our satisfaction, only to have settings change unexpectedly at almost any time. These issues should be addressed by the programmers.

    While the app certainly lets you control all the aspects of the panel it does need some work. The lack of any sounds other than the default iOS notification sound is rather annoying and quite frankly makes it hard to rely on. The app should be able to use any of the available system sounds or ringtones and should also come with additional ones that would make it feel more like an extension of the alarm panel. You should be able to choose different sounds or spoken voices for different events. For example If a camera detected a vehicle driving by in the middle of the day you might just want something very quiet or no sound / vibration at all. Where as if a camera detects a person in your back yard at night you might want to be alerted by something to wake you up so you can check it out.

    Would be very helpful to have a hold for camera notifications. Click the hold and have options to pause notifications for 15 min, 30min, 1 hour, etc. Would eliminate the need to turn off cameras when working in the camera view temporarily stopping notifications.

    The app works well for viewing the live cameras, cleaning the recordings, turning on/off VMD rules (though they can’t be edited via mobile). Unfortunately the notification sound isn’t customizable the way other important alerts like texts, emails and alarms are. Skybell doorbell makes a sound outside, but not inside. This means I rely completely on my phone to know someone is at the door. The default notification sound is very low and easy to miss. Couple that with the numerous false triggers and the notifications quickly become benign. Alerting me is one of the most important features of the app and it’s pretty ineffective. If the app was updated to allow customization of the notification sound I’d update the rating to a 4.5.

    I just got an alarm system put in my new home. I find this app disappointing b/c even when no one is in the house for some reason it still shows the previous motion, doors opened etc. from the time someone was there and it could be hours ago. I wish I can add pictures to these reviews so I can show it. It’s a bit misleading. I actually called the cops the first day that I installed the alarm b/c I thought someone broke in. I called the alarm company and they assured me all the motion detectors are fine, sensors are good it must be the app. It’s annoying to see that my “garage door is open” and “motion is activated in the kitchen” when no one has been home for over 6 hrs. Is there any reason why this happens. I’d really like this fixed.

    The app is easy to work if it actually connected to my camera, not much to say easy to use, the company alliance security is the worst I’ve ever had I mean awful I’ve been going back and forth with them about my camera not working, it’s been a year now since it hasn’t worked and they still charge me 59 every month, they also sent me to collections which I didn’t owe them anything so they said oh we are sorry and said you don’t owe us since it’s directly taken out of your bank account, yet it’s still in my credit report, they don’t answer they don’t fix problems and they don’t care about your safety all they want is money money money even if they are not completing their end of the contract it’s times to take a lost I will pay for ending my contract even if I never actually received the full service they promised. Trust me don’t give them your service they won’t fix anything.

    The app is not working properly. It does not arm or disarm my system. It just says "arming" or "disarming" and spools. It also made me enter my login details repeatedly. Not impressed. Would give zero stars if possible.
